Our Innovation Boxes are sent out quarterly at the start of each new season. So, we send one in Spring, one in Summer, one in Autumn and one in Winter.
We set up the monthly payment system so that customers can spread their subscription cost out over the year, but by restricting the frequency of sending out the Innovation Boxes to quarterly (once every 3 months), we are able to reduce the cost of courier and increase the value in each box.
Your next box will be sent as close to the start of the new season as possible. When it is Winter, you should get your next box in early Spring, when it is Spring, you should get your next box in early Summer… and so on.
Subscribers are always sent an email with a tracking number as soon as their Innovation Box is picked up by the courier.
Occasionally we have delays associated with supply chain and the logistics of getting the fishing lures that we have developed completed and shipped to New Zealand. When this occurs we keep subscribers informed of progress via email and our exclusive Facebook group. We always ensure that boxes are delivered in the appropriate season and that subscribers get very good value for money over the year.

The lights that Glowbite uses are water activated and last for 70 hours in water. They should turn off as soon as they are removed from water and dried.
Watch this guide for more details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIGUEeLjKRU
Your light should last for 70 hours in the water. When you remove it from the water, check that it has stopped flashing. Do not store the light in damp container.
If the light does not turn off this will be due to dried salt or fish slime forming an electrical contact between the two brass pins on the light. To fix this, rinse the light with fresh water and then dry with a cloth or paper towel. If the light still does not turn off rub/scratch between the two brass pins with a dry paper towel until the light turns off.
The lights that Glowbite uses are a completely sealed unit with the components encased in solid resin. This means that they function perfectly, even in depths of 400m plus. However, the batteries cannot be changed.
Replacement lights can be purchased on our website here. To replace the light, put your lure on a soft object (an old jandal is perfect) and use a hammer and punch to knock the light out of the lure. Scrape or sand away any remaining glue in the hole that the light came from. You can then glue your new light in using an epoxy glue or hot glue.
